We collect information necessary to facilitate direct wholesale inquiries and supplier discovery:

• Supplier Listings: Company names, legal registration details, phone numbers, addresses, logos, catalogue details, and shipping policies.
• Buyer Inquiries: Name, business email, contact number, and message content sent directly to the seller via our messaging forms.
• Security logs: OTP logins, session tokens, and IP validation files to prevent marketplace spam.

2. How Information is Processed

Unlike transactional marketplaces, Jewelslly acts as a B2B discovery portal. When you click "Inquiry" or "Contact supplier", the information you input is instantly routed to the seller's verified WhatsApp number and backup email. We do not store or intermediate payment tokens, credit cards, or escrow data.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your profile data as long as your account remains active. Sellers can request profile deletions or product wipes by contacting the support desk at care@jewelslly.com.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use technical session cookies for authentication (OTP tokens). Additionally, we implement Google Analytics trackers to help sellers analyze search traffic to their public catalogues.

5. Compliance (DPDP & GDPR)

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India and GDPR regulations. Users reserve full rights to correct, request deletion of, or inspect their personal details saved in our database.
